Life...one wonderful opportunity given by almighty and its up to each one of us to make the utmost of the precious time given to us.If we sit , procrastinate, ruminate, idle and sleep it out we are nothing but wasting those moments that will never come back.Be it in professional life or in your daily personal life.
I come across many people, some in a tearing hurry to reach somewhere but not knowing where. Some steady, taking time to ruminate, think , then act with caution, taking every sip of this elixir called life after blowing it cold and then moving forward.More so , like a snail,And, yet others who just can be termed as "EXCESS BAGGAGE".
These are the people of a community which just decide to stick to the definition of Inertia and wait for some one to kick butt or push or shove to gather that so called momentum that will take them to the next milestone , which may be a few millimeters per year.Happy or unhappy , i wonder? When asked "what is their purpose in life?", they draw a blank and look back as if I spoke to them in Greek or Latin, or that they were struck by a thunderbolt from the sky.Should I feel sad for them and sympathize , try to understand them, give them 1 million chances and see if they improve or just leave them at the platform for them to convert that potential energy called Inertia to kinetic energy at their own sweet pace.In my professional career I had done a lot of hand holding trying to get people activated and generate that flicker when you strike 2 flintstones. Some spark, others remain stagnant.I have no option but to offload that baggage at the first available station , rather than carry that excess baggage all round and slow down your progress too.Is that bad?I don't think so .You have a task cut out for your self and each individual has to live up to that.If I don't , I have then not lived up to my potential.
I therefore would request all my friends and well wishers, to create enough energy from within that helps you generate the maximum momentum and contribute the best to this life.Never be a laggard.Have a purpose and a goal in life. However small it may be.It at least helps you drive towards it.It should create a pull or help give a push towards that goal. The delight is immense. But rudderless lives , burden on society and family is a big NO-NO.
