There is a program that runs on TV channel in India called 'saach ka samna"which literally means " face the truth".its an adaptation of a US TV program and people who wish to take a polygraph test and face 51 questions about their lives and the hidden truth that they wish to expose to the public get paid for the same.
I was seeing one of the episodes and was wondering if it is really fair in giving that contestant money in millions for blatantly confessing on TV in front of his family who themselves are having a background that is dubious and then make the audience clap???!!!!.
This guy has had illicit relationships, given money to hide the same by sending his lawfully wedded wife to his home town so that he can have fun, then he has the audacity to change his name as he has been blacklisted by telecom and banking firms and now works with an insurance firm.He has duped many a persons including his best friend ,some clients who trusted him with their hard earned money and his own wife and parents. How can one even give this guy another chance? How can the person honestly be forgiven because any action of his can never be trusted. He blames it on circumstances but in that case every person going through similar situations starts committing fraud and duping people ,the very word TRUST will cease to exist.
How come the organizers even pay him the prize money when he has duped so many people who he owes money first.? The Guy has no remorse though he claims to turn over a new leaf which is hard to digest.
The cops must take corrective action and may be treat such cases with a sense of urgency to set an example.
