bipisim-SEQUEL

The obvious questions that poured from the first episode were....very good thoughts, must do etc etc...BUT.......difficult to implement.

I say, even an expert starts somewhere for the first time and the only difference being he pursues it till it becomes a habit.Fast food, fast cars, dirty pictures ,smoking can easily be embraced, so then why not some good habits and thoughts that would atleast not ruin your life.

The crux of the matter being "Its all in the mind".Flush out the negatives and "cannot do" thoughts that choke the nerve centers and make an attempt atleast to practice one at a time.Nothing difficult as I said.Simple tips.No jargon's, No presentation, No big talk. Why then the resistance at the word go?

It was not that these things dawned on me one fine day or I compiled them from FB and other sites that dole out tons of such matter every day.Its an experience that I have been through and each one of us has so many of them in their life time.If they can be funneled in, they would add so much value when  shared with  the people of this world.

I am just trying to do my bit and would like to definitely state"If you decide you want it , you get it".Its up to you and only you.

bipisim

One would wonder what this title is all about. There are so many ..."isms"that we learn and read.I decided to pen my own and hence put these learning's in my life .

10 Principles in life to make it enjoyable. No jargon's.Simple truth. Not borrowed.Sheer findings and experience in my cruise.

1)Smile at yourself and then spread joy unto others,,The happiness you spread adds huge value to this world which is fast disintegrating.

2)Don't run behind things that you were not  born with because you never know next instant you may not be there to even enjoy them.Live this moment, share this moment and face the truth.

3)Don't hold grudges. They only act as excess baggage and slow you down or bury you under the earth.Forgive and forget.

4)Give more than you get and see the world treating you like a king.Never mind what you give, the thought behind it counts.Don't expect anything in return.

5)Be true to your self and own every deed of your's.Accept your mistake, apologize and move on.

6)Don't make anyone dependent on you ever.Make them wise and teach them how to carve their own path in life. That will make them strong and face the world better.

7)Understand others and be aware of your surroundings even if you don't have to be involved in it.Every moment teaches you something.Learn and update your self to keep abreast of all things in life.

8)Travel, meet people, share emotions and bonds, update your senses and implement the best learnings.

9)Plan your path in life and try adhering to it so that you work to a goal-personal, professional. financial and keep the sails up so that you can make course corrections and reach the goals set by you. This is your success.

10)Compete with yourself and save the ulcers. You can be better than yourself every moment.

Trust this makes some sense. This is what i learnt as i cruised in my life and it has taught me a lot and I am still learning.

mind games

Of late I have developed a habit of reading minds. It all started by chance. The way people walk into your office ,or start the telephonic conversation, or just the pause and tone sets your mind into a fast pace, adrenaline rush that moves at an awesome speed, calibrating, assessing, deciphering and trying to find the simple cause that has twirled the mind of the person i am facing .We have become so complex that with time we just have forgotten to keep things simple. We jump to conclusions and derive such interpretations that we get muddled and then try to untangle out of the mess we ourselves have created.

Case 1:A divorcee , age 29, one kid in toe, and jumping into another relationship with some one younger, not yet established but going against the egos of the family members, over caring, excessively protective and resulting in destroying her career, not knowing what to do.

Case 2:Newly weds, under 1 year, both working, husband loses job, wants to be choosy about selecting a new job, tells wife to leave her job as he gets bored at home alone???Wife wants to work, husband wants to go to his home town to stay with his parents who pamper him like a small kid and shelter him stating stay back and relax.Wife annoyed but cannot voice her opinion,so tags along unable to decide for him and herself.Jobless couple clinging on to their parental umbrella.

Case 3: Lady,Age 19, intercaste marriage, no responsibility, loves to bike around, swig a drink or 2 and finding exceedingly difficult to cope with in law tantrums.Leaves current job for a few pennies more and plans for a family expansion.Realises she has a lump in the breast and ...............life becomes a question mark???

Case 4:Lady with 7-8 years professional experience, husband working but 110kms away and transits daily up and down by train, meets with an accident, down and out for 6 months, loses job, metal rods in the fractured leg dampens his hopes , wife struggling to make both ends meet and taking care of 2 kids.........

All these and more, daily encounters and muddled looks, effecting the professional work and end up looking confused and wouldn't really know which way these stories progress.Life is a big canvas and looking at an average age of 70 years , imagine 45-50 years of this ordeal.Lack of maturity, no proper guidance from underexposed parents or conservative families and bloated egos that lead to potentially hazardous situations for such people in the coming times.

Need counseling and hand holding to ensure people reduce the stress in their lives. The coming times are difficult and we need to keep things simple,Give up materialistic pursuits and keep to basics without getting into the rat race.Peer pressures need to be ignored. Will Gen Y manage?

Crytal Ball

I wonder many a times how people spend tons of money to get their future read and hoping it all works based on the predictions go ahead and steer their life.It may be crystal ball, tarot, horoscope, and other means. No offense to those practicing these arts. The only reason i want to know is,if they could predict the future of others and amass money for them selves they would have been richer than the Ambani's and featured in fortune 500 list of the worlds who's who. Some have succeeded though but of course with controversies tagging along .No smoke without fire.

Asaram Bapu and his acres and acres of land grabbing while teaching his disciples spirituality for example. The Jet setting Sri Sri and his art of "lavish living",the pujya Mataji's and their universities and schools raking in monies worldwide. Why cann't these people be humble and honest with what they preach and practise. They make irrational statements on the political or rape victim case, dance seemingly in a trance ,abuse young children and have cases in courts, try entering politics by using private jets of industrialists, and have fun at the poor innocent public expense.

The stress levels are shooting up day by day. The rush at various places of worship is going up manifold as we the opportunist human beings are trying to please god by giving him tons of gold and silver expecting him to multiply your wealth. The problems increase because we are responsible and we go negotiate with god stating if this happens I will do this for you!!!!The gurus and many so called gurus are waiting for such helpless beings and trap them making money and sometimes taking advantage of the fairer sex.If we look within and decide what we want, how much we really need and live a life with sharing what ever you may have, living for yourself and not to impress others , trust me life treats you equally well. The more you run behind that materialistic facade the more you get sucked in that vicious circle of doom.Rings and stones on each finger that have to be in gold, silver platinum and of a certain caratage take away lakhs of your hard earned money , with no guarantee of  getting what you want.Be your own Guru, as the other mortal telling you all this is no different. All he may have understood better is how gullible people are in the name of god and how they can be exploited.Do i need to go to the Himalayas to get spiritual well being?Do i have to be clad in white and sport a beard to be called a guru??Do i need to wear fancy rings and earrings and necklaces to look like a tarot reader and then try reading your fortune. If so why do they need to make that as an income source ?If they set their needs also to the minimum and do good to people predicting their fortunes at no cost I am sure they will have tons of love and happiness in return. They can predict where their money and daily sustenance comes from. The stars staring down at us must be wondering how we humans got to know so much inspite of being lightyears away from them ??Did we predict the future of the stars as well, maybe crystal Ball or Tarot??

Paki implosion

I fail to understand when we have so many good people from the Muslim community who live in peace, are educated want to move ahead in life are stifled by a bunch of extremist and radical hardcore fanatics who dictate and run down all peace loving people who actually are in a majority. Why do we get cowed down?

The way Pakistan politics is heading it appears rudderless, confused, working on smoke signals and suffering from amnesia, B12 deficiency and finally will get a cardiac arrest. The so called political heavyweights at the helm have a pregnant pause all the time and have not come out of hibernation. The president was active only when he took over and now when he visited Ajmer. He is in competition with our PM with respect to the "Maun wrath".His son is stepping in and out anticipating an election next year at the same time enjoying his days in London managing the wealth accumulated so that in case of a take over they can escape to the safe haven as the others did.I won't be surprised if Pakistan has a proxy cabinet in the UK with Imran Khan, Mussharaf, Bilawal, Zardari and gang joined by Nawaz and Qaadri meet in London ,probably on the London Eye and take Pakistan economy for a swing.James bond and MI 6 could help there. The others to follow will be the Marilyn Monroe of the cabinet Ms Khar, Gucci and Dior in pursuit ,walking on the Oxford street shopping while the country gets blown to bits. When will the people understand that they are heading for suicide. The country will implode and self destruct if they don't take action soon. The fancy Denial Mode that they adopt when accused of Terrorism is laughable.I mean have some shame!!!We to have corrupt politicians but they get caught sometimes. Here , they tell blatant lies to the world and keep asking for evidence which I think their intelligence agencies also suffer from Parkinson syndrome and permanent amnesia especially when it comes to India.

It doesn't help having dialogues when there is no sincere intent and proper direction .Why do we waste time in statements and rebuttals and then withdrawing the statements and asking for dialogue.Who is gaining from all this nonsense?

Impulse

The human brain--the size of a human fist probably and what enormous capacity it has.I have been observing the various behaviour patterns of individuals, especially in a diverse country like ours -India.The RSS faction, the BJP brains, the UPA drains....oops!! brains, the MIM  MLA brains like Mr.Owasis who have blabber brains, the disturbed, warped Pakistani Army and political brain that is termed as the denial brain, the silent brain like ...guess who leads our country??The screwed up brain that has been rotting for years and ends up sending signals through the same human body ending up raping innocent girls and torturing them to death.Psycho brains. The hyperactive brains of the media moghuls always trying to find breaking news....breaking brains. The innocent brains of the just born and toddlers to the fast evolving scheming brains like Mr.Scamster..Million dollar brain.

Trying to recall the anatomy of the human body and the neuro circuitry that god has given each one the only part that differs is the kind of impulse that is sent by the brain to the organs and limbs and vice versa that enables a person do the good or gruesome act in split seconds. The Human blood is same in terms of content etc broadly speaking , the muscle, the nerves, the limbs etc are also not very different .Then what is that trigger that sets off and makes 2 individuals so different in a similar situation.Lust, fear, anger all these emotions exists in us but the degrees vary tremendously. What are these signals? How does the brain respond so quickly and yet many a times irrationally. What we see, what gets registered in our mind, how it gets interpreted and what is the response. The whole cycle happens in a flash and each individual acts differently.

Phenomenal is the term that I would use that makes similar looking physical bodies react to situations based on internal nervous responses. How on earth then we still process information that makes us abide laws and rules and regulations when we implement them strictly? The same individuals follow the rules 90% atleast, however criminal a mind set they may have.Try even thinking of molesting a lady in Saudi Arabia or Afghanistan??Leaving aside a few mentally deranged outfits by and large there can be some consensus sought on the sane behaviour of any individual. An Indian traveling abroad may not dirty the place as he has the fear of the law,yet back home he will ensure he will mess up the place. If the law is strictly implemented and at an early age the brain too can get trained to do things as taught. We will then not be Dr.Jekyl and Mr.Hide with a dual personality.Complex yet doable, all we need is the grit and determination in every heart to pump the right signals through our blood to the brain and make it behave in a cultured manner so as not to disrespect any human being-male or female. We want healthy brains and not sick, rotten, pervert, psychotic brains that end up ruining the beautiful world God has given us. Its all there within........introspect and do your bit for a better tomorrow.

Besides the point

RAPE-The harsh reality, the victims and the apathy and the cruel laws that make the accused stronger need to be harnessed and tied down. The options are plenty and protests strongly making a point. The politicians, the law makers, the police authorities etc are all supposed to deliver. The point we are to think as well is"what about society and its mental health"?What about the basic upbringing and respect for individuals? What about cinema and the brazen western rub offs which the people out here are not able to digest? What about the ladies who too could be instrumental in ticking of the initial sparks that trigger the male ego?

So many questions and ofcourse we know, one shoe doesn't fit all.

Hang them!!!!!What if this is used across the board?Isn't there a possibility that the cops mess up the evidences, or fabricate it under political pressure to jam an innocent victim instead?Who would stand by them? What if an innocent person goes to the gallows due to indiscriminate corruption and brazen political pressures? How many can you send to jail for 25 years??How many jails do we have to cover 1 rape taking place every 22nd minute in the country as per the stats available?Inspite of all the media coverage the rapes are still taking place.Political persons making statements that for which they should be hanged instead or make them go through what the victim has suffered!!!

The Cinema in India is coming of age but the people who see that are not.Why not be responsible producers and directors who can bring in clean cinema like 3 idiots for example? The gory fight, murders and kickass scenes instill a false belief in these youngsters especially up north and  drive them to do such horrendous crimes.Mahesh Bhatt and his jism and sunny leone and the commercial angle earns him money and he shoots of his mouth with so called intelligent lingo that doesn't make any sense to the raw Indians on the troubled land that that they live in.Go down and get a hands on experience to see what happens on DTC buses, living in UP, Bihar and facing the panchayats and dealing with  mindsets of people in the villages. The Khaps have a point though they are nobody to decide. They state the same. What if the law of capital punishment is misused in a case like rape?????It 's a tricky situation.

We as a society apart from having endless debates on this issue must start acting responsibly and more boldly in dealing with such issues ourselves.A handful of politicians and police cannot solve this for us.Twitter and facebook as a medium if used effectively without igniting emotions can deliver.More over reach out on the ground and introspect what is it that we need to do to act, behave and present ourselves in public. Each one of us is responsible, male and female with equal responsibility to curb these crimes and step back a little and make changes to reduce the crimes. If the female populations starts saying " kapde nahin, sooch badlo"easier said than done!!!!The mind is a devil and it plays based on triggers. The triggers are all over the place and no single source can curb that.So please act and think practical.Don't fan sentiments.Don't overreact and keep pushing.Only  educating and defending our human rights and liberties wherever they are being abused or violated is a way to drive sense in this warped population. Some are smooth operators and some hardcore criminal mindsets ,probably hailing from communities and towns where they are bought up like this. With such a diverse culture, traditions, beliefs, conservative thinking and sex bottled up in their minds for years, when unleashed at the first opportunity, what can one expect? Will sex education help??Million dollar question? If so, who will do it?where? start from when and how?Lots to do......................................

Spice of life

The show must go on and therefore , each of us is in the struggle mode, surviving. I guess before birth we kick in the womb , probably wond...
