Check out your calenders and see from January 2012 till date, have you noticed strange phenomenon around your place of work, casualties.setbacks and disasters , be it in the personal or professional space?I am a very optimistic person at heart but the things happening around my professional and personal space , especially relating to human lifespan, is really numbing.One seems to hear some sad news or the other from unexpected quarters and it sets you thinking .Do we need to check the predictions of a disastrous 2012?I wouldn't say end of the world, but certainly, 3 months have whizzed past and taken away a lot of souls equally fast.Are these the trends?
9.2 richter quakes that shakes the continents and spans across Countries creating tsunami scares across 28 nations???That followed by a similar quake across mexico and US? We must respect nature and take a serious note about such situations .Think and act quick.One never knows when its TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dew drops
They dazzle on your forehead , sparkle the most when you achieve the goals set in front of you .This is really the superlative moment of your life.How ever small it may be, but the delight you get and the happiness and joy you feel when you go through that experience,is fascinating.You actually can start calling that bead of sweat , the dew drop.
The dew drop stands firm on the face of a leaf early morning, sun rays kissing the surface and emanating from its surface are the most fascinating rainbow colours that can dazzle you.These in fact are the colours representing the various energies that went into making that happen.The effort to stay up on the face and reflect the truth, and the pride of achievement is demonstrated here.The same with that drop of sweat, that reflects the proud moment, the excitement, for the doer who deserves the accolades for achieving the goal.We all put in efforts.Some smart , some hard.The results are there to be seen and when they bear fruit,that is the moment of truth.
Its these small little things that you cherish when you look back in life and recall those special moments.You may age but these memories remain young and fresh always.This is because you have earned them.Collect as many of them in your journey called LIFE.The collage you will be able to make out of it would be a 3D blockbuster that could break all records ever set by any Hollywood or Bollywood Movie.

3rd year syndrome
In my professional journey , when ever i start seeing monotony it breaks my heart.I try to put my best creativity in the otherwise insipid situation.If it revives , well and good.If it doesn't , I introspect as to what could be a better option.In the management grid , i try to go towards the 9,9 persona.For those that may not be aware , it means in simple terms the optimal use of your resources to get to the result.Ownership is the key and I breathe that.It succeeds in most of the occasions and a few I change.
With age and the situations prevailing nowadays, one realizes that it starts taking a toll on your health, as the sense of ownership is just not present in most of the people .You try to inculcate in them these values defining responsibility and accountability, differentiating them and making them realize the importance and the consequences of each, but it may not lead to the desired results.Training, etc i noticed doesn't really help much, as this" ownership factor"has to be in the blood.My observations have been that this "monotony' starts happening in the 3rd year at most of the places I have worked.Probably that's my maximum patience.Its not that your efforts have not gained success or your initiative have not borne the fruit you desired.Its simply the grind that one needs to keep driving commonsense in the people around you and try to make them realize that this is what would help them going ahead.Change is imperative and absolute.It meets with resistance as well everywhere.Some do change, some prefer to wither and vanish.I personally feel, to change systems and people give it the very best you have got, with a lot of rigor,drive,persistence,smart work and people management, and then inspite of that it doesn't due to the circumstances beyond your control or the people with dead mindsets, move on to your next challenge .You have a limited life span and within that you will find tons of opportunities to prove your self.
I keep my movement ready , 3 years and time to shift and keep adding value to the place that is receptive and looking to change .Its time.One never knows , where next.Hey all you guys out there, I am ready for that shift and change.That rush of adrenaline to get back to creative work is so heartening.
