We come across many people who work with us at all levels and also slog daily in spite of a host of challenges at home just to get the salary at the end of the month to run the house.They have aspirations and want to be some one.Their superiors in turn must /should look at a growth path for them and they do so but many a time things don't work the way one would like them too.Especially when you are straightforward and have the habit of confronting and questioning the wrong doings or activities that are principally not correct then you have to face a host of thing within the system that frustrate you no end.Some give up the fight easily, some try to stay put and fight the system and others wear themselves of facing the heat from outside and within.
Why is it so difficult to face these challenges?Why does one have to endeavor to make these changes and try improve the system?Who benefits at what cost?
Everyone may benefit at your cost.That's the truth.
We as the change people keep motivating , guiding, cajoling, pushing, encouraging, boosting them to be part of this change and the system kicks as long as you are at it.The moment you decide otherwise the momentum stalls .
I saw this in my professional career a couple of instances that frustrate you no end.One can gather all the wisdom in the books and the guidance of management gurus but still there is no real solution in sight.Imagine an entrepreneur who only trusts his close coterie who sit in key locations and act like eyes and ears of the organization what kind of principles and systems would work.All of them feel they control the boss and so they control the organization.If you try to drive sense in that or bring in systems they revolt.Adding barricades, driving wedges in progress. trying to stake a claim in every dollar given as incentive, manipulating figures to suit their working and making the owner believe that all izz well!!!Any person with professional expertise may say why the hell spend time , money and energy on this rather quit and move on to a better place.Many small and medium businesses are still run like that and its important to make the entrepreneur understand that if he needs to grow ,he must shed these laggards and drive energy and momentum in the system.Bring and accept the change and encourage and motivate personally the people within to reach bigger destinations.If not the vortex he is creating will suck him down into the blackhole that is a bottomless pit.
